Hi I’m Allycia,

I am an Illustrator, Graphic Designer and Web designer based in Montreal Quebec. I often use my illustrations to give my websites or print work my own creative touch. I am enthusiastic about the prospect of contributing my unique perspective to a design team. Throughout my academic journey, I have honed my creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail, preparing me to take on exciting challenges in the professional world. I am eager to channel my passion for design into real-world projects, collaborate with fellow creatives, and continuously learn and grow in a supportive work environment. I decided to study Graphic and Web design at John Abbott College because, since my earliest memories, I’ve been captivated by the vibrant world of cartoons. Sneaking around as a child to watch shows like Futurama and The Simpsons ignited a passion within me that would shape my creative journey. The animated characters and imaginative storytelling fascinated me, and I found myself entranced by the artistry and humor that unfolded on the screen.
As I grew older, my fascination with art expanded beyond just cartoons. I became deeply interested in all forms of art, from traditional to digital, and knew that creativity was my true calling.
When the time came to choose a college program, the path was clear. My appreciation for art pushed me to pursue a program that would allow me to further explore and refine my skills. This journey has been a fulfilling one, where my love for cartoons and art continues to shape my artistic identity and fuel my determination to make a meaningful mark in the creative world.

This is my smiley dog Cookie.
She is not only an inspiration for many of my illustrations and animations, but she is also my kayak and paddle board buddy. When I am not behind a computer, her and I are embarking on thrilling adventures getting inspired by the beauty of nature. We often kayak to different is-
lands and go explore.
